Finished goods may not be 100% accurate in actual size. Most materials will have a difference of 1 inch to 2 inches for every 10 feet due to different types of finishing and material sizes. Please make sure that all text sizes not smaller than 8pt.
- Backdrop Products are usually used indoors or outdoors but to see from a distance.
- If you choose machine Solvent 720dpi or Solvent 1200dpi with Tarpaulin material, the printed density will not be precise than UV 1200dpi, and is not suitable for indoor close-up viewing. It is only suitable for outdoor long-distance viewing because we cannot print perfectly, sometimes there will be lines, colour drops, dirt, stained with ink, etc. Most of the finishing is cut and glued by hand, like joining, cutting all will not be perfect, so cannot be 100% perfect.
(So if you replace this as a close-up viewing printing for indoor use and then complain on the Printing and Finishing, we will not accept customer rejection) - Every different batch printing will have a different effect, we cannot achieve perfect printing and finishing. If it’s unacceptable, please do not order.

- The outcome of the colour of the printed product will always differ from the original artwork. As our machine ink and material are from China. Normally the outcome color range is different from 10% -50%.
- For repeat order item, you will need to bring back a sample which previously printed by us with the same machine and material and remark colour need to follow the sample, we will try to follow as close to the provided sample, but will not be 100%, we will inform you if we are not able to follow the previous colour.
